$65/hour with a three-hour minimum ($195)

Empty spaces are the best fit and allow efficient access. Tell us about anything remaining before the appointment.
Do you guarantee a security deposit?
No. Cleaning can support a handoff, but deposit decisions belong to the landlord or property manager.
Can you follow my lease checklist?
Yes. Send it before estimating so the team can prioritize the required items.
Do you remove furniture or hauling waste?
No. Moving, hauling, and disposal of bulk items are outside the cleaning scope.
Should I tip my cleaning team?
Tipping is never expected and always appreciated. Many clients show appreciation by keeping a consistent schedule; either is welcome.
What happens if something gets damaged?
If something is ever damaged during a visit, tell us promptly and we will make it right. Every professional is bonded and insured, and we resolve damage claims directly rather than leaving them to you.
Do I need to be home, and how do you get in?
You do not need to be home. Arrange access in advance — a lockbox code, door code, or a neighbor — and secure pets as needed. Most clients simply text us the details before the visit.
