How the 10% residential offer works: receive 10% off your first one-time Standard, Deep, or Move clean. Or keep 10% off every visit when you maintain a fixed recurring schedule at least monthly.
Airbnb + vacation rentals
$240 flat rate for up to four hours.
The four-hour block reserves operating capacity for the turnover. The full flat rate applies even if the work finishes early. Additional authorized time is $60/hour.
Separate pricing model
Airbnb and STR service is not eligible for the residential 10% discount. Linen, laundry, restock, access, parking, and turnover-window details should be confirmed during onboarding.

Pets + access
Pet hair, parking, entry instructions, elevators, locked areas, and occupied rooms can change workflow.
Requested scope
Appliance interiors, cabinets, windows, baseboards, laundry, and other detail priorities add time.

Are supplies included?
Yes. Standard supplies, equipment, travel, and insurance are included unless a property requires a specific product or setup.
Does the minimum guarantee everything will be finished?
No. The minimum reserves the starting block. Larger or more detailed scopes may require additional authorized time.
Can you quote from photos?
Photos help us understand condition and priorities, but hidden buildup, access, or scope changes can affect actual time.
Is tax included?
Any applicable taxes or platform charges are shown through the booking or invoice process.
